Exion™ is a dual-energy treatment that combines targeted ultrasound pressure with radiofrequency (RF) energy to stimulate the skin at various tissue depths.
Radiofrequency (RF) Energy
By gently heating your skin’s deeper layers, RF energy can stimulate processes that regenerate the skin. It supports collagen production and elastin, both of which are vital for skin firmness.
Targeted Ultrasound Stimulation
Targeted ultrasound works alongside the RF to stimulate deeper skin tissues.
Together, they offer a multi-layer treatment approach that addresses both the skin’s surface and deeper support structures. The treatment also stimulates hyaluronic acid production, which is responsible for skin volume and hydration.
In some treatments, we may also use microneedle-based RF applicators to target specific facial zones or deeper skin layers more efficiently.

Initial Consultation
The first step is to book an initial appointment with us. We’ll assess your skin and ask you which areas you’d like to focus on. While some patients prefer to focus on the face and body, others combine both for complete skin rejuvenation and contouring.
If you’re a suitable candidate for Exion™, we’ll develop a treatment plan that aligns with your aesthetic goals and concerns.
Treatment Plan
Each treatment plan is fully customized to your needs. We’ll assess where you can benefit most from Exion™ and make personalized recommendations.
In many cases, we combine Exion™ face with Emface for the best results. While Exion™ focuses on skin quality, Emface uses HIFES technology to tone the muscles.
Similarly, while Exion™ body improves skin texture and enhances tightness, Emsculpt forces intense muscle contractions to support toning and reduce fat.
The Treatment Session
We’ll prepare your skin for treatment by cleansing it and applying a numbing cream if we’re using a microneedle applicator. The handheld Exion device uses AI technology to adjust energy levels and monitor tissue impedance automatically.
Most sessions last 30 to 60 minutes. You might feel a warming sensation, but there’s minimal discomfort.
Post-Treatment
After treatment, your skin may feel warm and slightly red, but these effects typically subside within 24 hours. Because Exion is non-invasive, there’s minimal downtime after each session. Most patients return to their daily activities immediately after treatment.
Results and Maintenance
Results can vary depending on the treatment area and applicators, but you may notice initial results within 1 to 2 weeks of your initial session. Most people see long-lasting results within three months, when the collagen and elastin continue to regenerate.
We recommend follow-up sessions to maintain your results. These are usually every 6-12 months, depending on how you respond to the treatment, and you have stubborn areas of skin.
